Why Not 3D Printing or Laser Cut Metal?

3D Printing's Weak

While 3D printing is sometimes a cheaper alternative, it is significantly weaker. Composite parts offer a higher strength to weight ratio, along with better tensile strength, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance compared to 3D Printed Parts.

Laser Cut Parts Can't Compare

Laser cut parts lacks strength when compared to composite. Composite has a higher strength to weight ratio then metal with superior fatigue and impact resistance. Composites also have excellent corrosion resistance.

Can't Do Complex Shapes With Metal

With SODA Composites revolutionary molds, we are able to do most designs that were once thought impossible with metal.

No Special Tools Needed

With composite parts there is no bending like with metal parts. Your completed part is shipped to your door with out any extra production processes.
